It won’t be long now until the launch of Open House Norwich, when we can begin delivering a customer service focused style of hybrid estate agency to the amazing people of Norwich.
Most people have not so great preconcieved ideas about estate agents, I’m one of those who have had a variety of not good and worse customer experiences when dealing with some of the more sterotypical agents. So I have an extremely clear view of how I don’t want to serve my clients.
Customers, whether that be the vendor, buyer, landlord, tennant, or other people connected to the property process, are the most crucial and valuable commodity, even more so than the properties themselves. So it’s the number one prioririty that we treat all our customers with the respect and courtesy that we wish to recieve ourselves, as well as reaching the end goal that we’ll be delivering, on a win win basis.
The Open House franchise has been running for 10 years, and their customer focused model was a key reason we chose to bring it to Norwich, and we’re excited to start bringing a whole new standard of estate agency to the area.
